Refund Policy

1. Subscription Model
NauticGrid offers month-to-month subscriptions with no minimum term. You are billed in advance for each monthly period. There are no setup fees, contracts, or cancellation fees.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Click “Manage subscription” to open the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can cancel with a single click.
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have full access until that date. You will not be charged again.
3. Refunds
We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time in the current billing period. When you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the period ends; no partial refund is issued.
We will consider full refund requests on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of the most recent charge if the Service was materially unavailable, billed in error, or charged to the wrong account. Email hello@nauticgrid.xyz with your account email and a brief description of the issue.
4. Founder Pricing on Cancellation
Founder pricing (Founder Free, Founder Early, Early Access) is locked at the rate you signed up for, but only while your subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, your account will be enrolled at the price tier in effect at the time of resubscription, which may be higher.
5. Founder Free Accounts
Founder Free accounts (the first 100 registered users) do not involve any payment and therefore are not subject to refund terms. You may close your account at any time.
6. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, Stripe will retry the charge automatically. If retries continue to fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled, and access to paid features may be suspended until billing is brought current.
7. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first. We aim to resolve billing issues directly and quickly. Initiating a chargeback through your bank without contacting us first may result in account suspension and forfeiture of locked founder pricing.
