Refund Policy

1. How you pay
Card payments for nauticgrid are processed by Stripe. Stripe is the payment processor: it collects your payment details, charges your card, and issues receipts. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
2. One-time purchases
Paid access is sold as a one-time charge (not a recurring subscription) unless we clearly offer a different product at checkout. After payment succeeds, access is granted according to the description shown at purchase. There is no monthly renewal to cancel for that charge.
Refunds for eligible one-time payments are issued from our Stripe account back to your original payment method. Timing after we initiate a refund depends on Stripe and your bank or card issuer; it often takes several business days before the funds appear on your statement. Stripe may email you when a refund is processed, consistent with your Stripe receipt and Stripe's settings.
3. Free accounts
If you use nauticgrid on a free tier, no payment is collected for that tier. Standard paid refund rules do not apply because there is no charge. You may close your account or stop using the Service at any time.
4. Requesting a refund or billing help
Email info@nauticgrid.xyz from the address associated with your account, include the date and amount of the charge if you can, and briefly describe the issue (for example: wrong account, duplicate charge, or the Service was materially unavailable after payment). We will respond and, when appropriate, process a refund through Stripe.

5. Disputes and chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact info@nauticgrid.xyz first so we can review the payment in Stripe. Opening a chargeback with your bank without contacting us may delay resolution and can affect your access to paid features while the dispute is investigated.
